About Dr George Reppas

Dr George Reppas graduated with an Honours degree in Veterinary Science in 1986. He worked as a small animal clinician in private practice before completing his residency in Veterinary Pathology at the University of Sydney. Soon after, Dr Reppas worked as a Registrar in Veterinary Pathology and Staff Veterinary Pathologist for the Department of Animal Health, Rural Veterinary Centre Teaching Hospital. And, after being awarded his MACVSc (pathology), and FACVSc (Clinical Pathology), Dr Reppas obtained registration as a Specialist Veterinary Pathologist in NSW. This was followed by his registration as a Specialist Veterinary Pathologist in the United Kingdom from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. And in 1998 Dr Reppas became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Pathologists.

An examiner and author of several publications in refereed journals and books, Dr Reppas is currently a full time specialist veterinary pathologist with Vetnostics.
