New Veterinarian Registration

If you are a veterinary surgeon new to our service and would like to register, please fill in the following form and request forms and a start-up kit will be forwarded to you. Please remember to include a colleague’s code if you are a new member of an existing veterinary practice that is currently using our services.

Please note that all existing users of HTS (online pathology results) are automatically registered. Please use your existing HTS username and password to access the new features available on this site.
